How to view all the badges that yet to be earned, when i click the profile page it shows the badges only I earned so far. But unable to see other unearned badges.

In connect 2.0 there is no way to see the badges yet to be earned. You can go through this post and see how idea exchange section works and share your idea.

Based on old posts, it seems like there used to be a way to see them, but that was taken away…
