Not sure to understand your question. Where do you want to upload more than one photo in one shot?
- In Google Maps? Please read Add, remove, or share photos and videos to know how to add photos in Google Maps. Depending of the procedure you are using, you can add also more than one photo simultaneously
- In Connect? You should add your photo one by one, and remember that we have also a limit of 1000 photos for every user. For some tip about uploading photos in Connect please read: Uploading a photo on Connect? Read these guidelines first

I believe, your question is either for both Maps & Connect.
First for Maps:
Uploading multiple photos at once to different places of interests is possible only through the Maps app.
Click on +Contribute and then on the Add photo icon.
First, that will show all the photos available on your phone.
If you click on Folder, that the contents in Google photos will also become visible.
Select the relevant photos one after choosing the correct place of interest.
On a desktop, you can add multiple photos, but to a single POI by drag and drop method, in the pop-up window which becomes visible on click to the camera icon. alternatively you can do so by selecting multiple files after clicking on each name while keeping the shift key depressed.
You have to repeat the same step at next POI.
On Connect also, on a desktop you can drag & drop multiple photos, or select multiple files by clicking on each file name while keeping the shift key depressed. in the upload window. However, you have to ensure that the photo file size is less than 3 MB or else you will face interruption.

Additionally you can go to your photo reel on Android, say in Google Photos, select multiple images and then use the “share” icon and “Add to Maps” - it will then use the GPS data embedded to try and assign it to the place in question but you can also search yourself and select the one you want.
It’s sometimes a little easier to do this than to add an extra stage of opening up Maps and navigating to the place, clicking photos and then upload etc…
