How to upload a video of a place?

I have tried many times but couldn’t upload videos of any places. I am not sure whether I am only the one not able to do so.

For the moment, would you mind sharing on which type device (iOS or Android operating system or on Desktop) would you be utilizing? (As it is important to be noted that currently it is not available on the desktop version of Google Maps)

@sonnyNg I did try on desktop version.So I guess that must have been the problem the whole time Now I m gonna try on andriid.
