how to update the satellite photo on google maps

there is a location on google maps and google earth that needs to be updated urgently, because it is a satellite photo of 2017 and we are already in 2020, what is the process, greetings

@Ivanpyxytijuana Google updates satellite imagery periodically, usually based around importance, location, last update etc. And you are right that some places may get updates slower than main cities etc.

Previously there was a Google facility called “Follow your world” to follow and suggest satellite imagery updates, but that since has been ended a while ago.

In the mean time, my best suggestion would be to use the Send Feedback option in Google Maps. Make sure you center your Maps view on the location, turn on Satellite imagery view, and the go to menu and “Send Feedback > Your opinion about Maps”, and include a screenshot. Also type in the correct description that the area has not gotten an update for sometime.
