Few years ago I’ve created a spot in Google Maps with an address of my country house for my friend for the easiest way to compose the direction. Currently, my number is associated with this location in Maps. Can I somehow to remove this place from the Map or at least delete my phone number from the contacts of this place. As you can read in this post from the head of the Program, "Out of an abundance of caution and with safety in mind, teams are removing user contributions like photos, videos, reviews, and business information and all user-submitted places from Google Maps in Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus since the invasion began. We are also temporarily blocking new edits from being posted on Maps in those countries"
It means that, unfortunately, there is no way to remove the mistake you did. Why I am talking about a mistake? Because we should never add a private place in Google Maps, as this is strictly prohibited by the rules. If you need to share a location to your friends, you can create a link to share with them, or a list.
Sorry about that. At the moment the only thing you can do is to send a feedback to the team explaining the mistake:
You will find the command by scrolling down your menu on Google Maps.

However, I think in the actual situation your feedback will not be taken into consideration
Thank you for always being on the ball. I didn’t just realise his location was Ukraine. I didn’t quite realise that private pins are not allowed as well on the maps. I saw his post a good as soon as it was posted !
I have deleted the ones I added for addresses and locations on my maps as well. Thanks

You can save your private places in a list, @SholaIB , and share the list with your friends
But we cannot create listing in Google Maps “for others to find us”.
