Hi @Ganesh

You can upload photos on Google Maps with the Street View App.

You can use a 360° camera or your phone.

Please check here to know how to Create or import 360 photos and Publish and connect 360 photos with the Street View app

For more information about Street View and the Street View Trusted program. please check: https://www.google.com/streetview/

Please note that your post fits better on How To

You are welcome @Ganesh

Taking 360 photos is funny, but you have to practice a bit if you want to use your phone, like this one: https://goo.gl/maps/ZA8DXtHFff5Jx2bA6

This solution is not applicable now. So how do people take 360 photos?

Hi @VIVI66 ,

WELCOME to this great community. !

In the last years I loved uploading 360° photos via StreetView app.
Today, as you saw, this is no longer possibile.
StreetView App is no more active and you can use StreetView Studio Desktop only to upload 360° video.
For uploading photos you can use the “standard method” that are using to add photos to mentioned / existing point of interest.

Surely you are looking for on how add 360° photos to a specific location.
Well, officially this is not supported but, as far as I know, there is a solution for this.
But if you join this facebook group Google Street View Trusted Photographers you will find the solution.
Look for user Dean Zwikel (he is also here on connect but not so active). He wrote great tools to work with 360 picture and video and also helpful to upload photo; UL2GSV is the name of the tool. You will find all details to download it and informations on how use it.

Take care and enjoy.
Marco

Thank you, very helpful.

Thanks for asking, @VIVI66 . In fact the solution is applicable, with a couple of small differences:

  • You can take 360 photos with a 360° camera and with your phone. Even if the Street View App is no longer available, I take several 360° with my phone, when the use of a 360° camera is not permitted, like in this case
In addition, even if we add the photos in a POI instead to add them to the coordinates, the result can be considered interesting. As you can see in the screenshot here below, all my 360° related to [this POI](https://maps.app.goo.gl/tWZigand4w1E9xzGA) and posted as attachments on[ my review](https://maps.app.goo.gl/aF6U8RzAYe2VCyQz6) are located in the exact position where I took them.
