Today I wanna share some great tools and tips that can give your trip abroad much more fun and ease!
- First and my favourite is Google Lens. Basically I have it incorporated into default phone camera app, however you can download it as a separate app from Play Market.
That app allows you to scan objects with your camera and find it in the web. It’s amazing app that helps you to translate sings in different language, recognize objects and are your trip easier. For instance, when I visited Thailand I had a huge problem understanding the type of fruit presented on the local markets. Is it apple? Mango? Alien?
No more guesses! Just point your camera to a fruit and you will see what it is and if it’s eatable! Amazing, right?
- AR at Google Maps. Did you know that your navigation can be super easy and quick? Did you know that Google uses AR technology at their maps?
It’s a great feature, because you not only navigate with a map and a compass, but also the mall uses your camera, checks on a signs, places and things around you to give you the best navigation experience ever!
