Hi @Jordannyc

Welcome to Connect. Nice to meet you!

To make you feel at home I suggest you take a look at Your Guide to Connect (it’s a quick introduction to our community) and feel free to introduce yourself here.

When you have questions, try using the search field at the top first. Then check the Help desk documents and What are Connect topics before asking a new question in the How-to section.

This forum is for the volunteer local guides while business owners have their own help pages and forum.

Here are the GMB help pages and you find the GMB forum here. Please go there to learn about claiming a business.

Here on Connect you can subscribe to the different sections.

Cheers
Morten

Hi @Jordannyc

If you are trying to claim and or verify your business on Google My Business, please check the procedure here: Verify your business

Google My business is a program not related to the Local Guides program, and reserved to business activities.

If you posted on this community for representing your business, please be informed that this is against the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions : “Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program.

If so, please exit from the Local Guides program

Hello @Jordannyc ,

You can follow the tips fellow Local Guides kindly shared with you.

In addition to that, I am marking @ErmesT 's reply as a solution, so other Local Guides can refer to it. The purpose of this feature is to help Local Guides find answers when searching on the Connect. Please take a look at How do I mark comments as solutions? article.

By the way, I’ve noticed that your post has a Chinese language label. Please note that I’ve removed it as your post is written in English.

To learn more about those labels I recommend you to take a look at the following article How do I find posts in my preferred language?.
