How to submit a voice correction "Signs for..."

I’ve been submitting corrections to this area for over three years: https://goo.gl/maps/fYVLCyGpJvSUjP6QA. It’s a minor issue, but the voice instructions always say, “Signs for Tennessee Air National Guard.” The Guard moved from this part of the airport 12 years ago in 2008, and there are no signs for TN ANG here. It looks just like the April 2019 street view: there are no signs at all. I’ve submitted multiple corrections over the last three years, and they are all not approved because they couldn’t be verified. I’m wondering if they’re not approved because they’re not reaching the correct team. Is there a different way to submit corrections for the additional voice instructions such as “Signs for…”?
