I am writing this here to find a solution. As I could see there is an error in publishing my second announcement in the upcoming meetup which will be hosted by me in upcoming days. The Announcement is been redirected to the same RSVP page after trying multiple times. We hope LG’s members can advise me or take it to the google moderators who can offer a solution where am facing a challenge.
Kindly refer to the meetup link shared here below.
Sorry, I’m not able to suggest you a proper solution - hence I refer the error to our Moderators @KlaudiyaG , @sonnyNg@ErmesT , since your Meet Up is very close by.
Hi @aravind_995 . How are you doing? Accessing your RSVP link I can find just one announcement. Are you sure that the announcement was sent? When, we send a second (or third announcement) it usually appears below the First, on the same page .
Thank you for the tag @TravellerG , even if I am not a Googler, so I cannot check anything on the background, but I am sure that one of the Google Moderator will do it.
Thank you for letting us know about your issue, @aravind_995 . Can you please give some more details?
Did your issue appears on Mobile or desktop?
On which step have you found the issue?
Making the announcement, clicking the "make an announcement" button?
@ChaurasiaRavi . RSVP is an abbreviation normally used internationally for “Please Respond”. It is coming from the French sentence “Répondez s’il vous plaît”. Even if no longer used in France, it is very common in the rest of the world
Yes, your point is right. All my blockers are disabled and I could see many members here in the community reporting the same.
I just now tried in the mobile browser as well. Hoping google moderators should help us. As my meetup is nearing facing a bit of challenge to communicate with new LG’s
Thank you, @TravellerG for bringing this to my attention!
@aravind_995 , from what I understand your problem appears when sharing a second announcement using your desktop. Would you please clear cache and cookies from Chrome, if of course you are actually using Chrome? If not, feel free to search the web for how to clear browsing data from your own browser. After this step is done, try once again to share your announcement.
Another thing you can do is to publish the announcement through another device.
Much appreciated from @ErmesT and @TravellerG for further assistance on the matter, should the details further provided may make it more apparent to check.
Please make sure to check as @KlaudiyaG provided as initial steps to check on the matter.
@sonnyNg@KlaudiyaG
Thanks for responding!
I have tried using it in different browser, different device after clearing the cache in my browser settings.
The issue is not resolved. Can you please take this to your developer team?
