To add a video to a post here on Connect you first need to upload your video to Youtube and then you copy the video’s link and paste it into your post by clicking on the video icon in Connect’s post menu

Yes you can share a video in Connect, @Dediwalandow , if you own the right for sharing the video, and the video is relevant to your post and to the Connect topics. What are Connect topics? will help you to understand what are the topics of the community.
Regarding the procedure, you can embed a video uploaded in a video host, YouTube, or Vimeo, following the procedure indicated by @AdamGT .
If you have a video uploaded on Google Photo, or in an online drive, you can share the link in your post. Make sure first that the video is visible to “everyone with the link”
