■ 概要
ローカルガイドとして活動しているときにGoogleマイマップを使うことが多くあると思います。
Googleマップのタイムラインやマイプレイスなどと違い、マイマップはGoogleドライブ（GoogleOne）上で管理されているため、誤って削除してしまったときには、復元できる場合があります。
■ 方法
まずは、Googleドライブのゴミ箱にマイマップのファイルが無いかを確認し、あればゴミ箱から復元することで、問題が解決できます。
既にゴミ箱にもない場合には、Googleドライブの公式ヘルプページにしたがって、ドライブチームへと連絡を行います。

具体的手順としては、Googleドライブヘルプセンター（https://support.google.com/drive/）へとアクセスし、画面最下部の言語設定を「日本語」を「English」に変更したあと、画面上部の「CONTACT US」をクリックし、表示されるメニューの中から「MIssing or deleted files」を選ぶと、Request Chat（チャットを要求） と Email Support（メールでのサポート） の２つの選択肢が選べます。
なお、サポートされる言語として現在は英語のみですので、Google翻訳などを活用頂いて、ご相談ください。
英語以外で、問い合わせしたい場合には、先方がGoogle翻訳を使ってくれるとのことですが、その場合でもGoogle翻訳で相互に変換（日本語 > 英語 > 再度日本語）にしてみて意訳が十分通じることを確認してから、日本語を送るほうが確実だとおもいます。

■ Overview / Outline
I think that there are many times using Google My Maps when working as a local guide.
Unlike Google Maps Timeline and My Places, My Maps is managed on GoogleDrive (GoogleOne), so you may be able to restore it if you deleted it accidentally.
■ Procedure
First of all, you can check if there is a My Map file in the GoogleDrive trash bin, and restore it from the trash box if there is any, you can solve the problem.
