How to respond to a response ?

I wrote a review of a restaurant. The owner responded stating that he removed the cost of my meal from the bill and that he had offered a full apology. This is not true, as my bank statement shows.

I am unable to find a way on Google Maps of answering his claim, or a way of reporting his post to Google, as it is false.

I have written to the owner but he has not replied.

Is anyone able to offer advice ?

Editing your review, as you already did it, is actually the only way to respond to the reply from the business, and I did it myself a few time, @YorkieClaret

If you want to suggest a change, please suggest it in Idea exchange , the area of the community where we suggest improvement of the program

ربما لم يطلع المالك على رسائالك ورد على الموقع اقترح ان تكون لك زياره اخرى للمطعم وتبلغ المالك شفويا واعتقد انه سيبادر الى حل مشكلتك

Thanks for your reply. That’s just what I thought of yesterday and have done it. Must be an age thing - my brain is definitely slowing.
