I wrote a review of a restaurant. The owner responded stating that he removed the cost of my meal from the bill and that he had offered a full apology. This is not true, as my bank statement shows.
I am unable to find a way on Google Maps of answering his claim, or a way of reporting his post to Google, as it is false.
I have written to the owner but he has not replied.
Editing your review, as you already did it, is actually the only way to respond to the reply from the business, and I did it myself a few time, @YorkieClaret
