You basically have 2 options:

Click on the 3 dots next to the post and choose Report Inappropriate Content.

Tag some moderator by writing @ before their name.

Thanks for your reply. You made me realize he actually might mean on Google Maps, not on Connect.
So @Niyas06 If you meant how to report duplicates on Google Maps follow what @ErmesT said. If you want to report duplicates on Local Guides Connect follow what I said.

the process of our edits takes months after reporting duplication , once we report that the poi is duplicated , the edit comes to being reviewed , I can tell you that my edits still not applied for at least 3 months .
is this process need all that time ?

Sometimes report on duplicate pending for long/endless time; sometimes, rejected:(

I will use your first duplicate as an example
Even if we can clearly see that the two places are in fact the same one, for an algorithm this is not so obvious:
- Name is different
- Category is different
- Address is different
- Opening time is missing
- Website is missing in one of the two places
The first thing to to is to “prepare the merge” by making the two places identical by making 5 separate edits.
When all the edits will be applied, only in that moment you will have to try a merge
The same apply also for your other places
