Dear all:
Something is failing when I try to send a nomination for a Local Guide in Local Guides Nomination Form .
Here I attach a screenshot. I’ve tried yesterday and many, many times today, and from different PC’s (not mobile phone) and I always bumped into the same problem.
It would be much appreciated if someone could tell me how to report a technicall issue.

I’m afraid I’ve been trying to nominate a person and unfortunately the system fails. I’ve kept trying for almost two hours now and couldn’t upload it.
Oh, dear, I must admit I’m a bit crossed (just a bit 
), but still motivated because, to my mind, our peer deserves it.

Can you check and make sure your text in both boxes is less than 1000 words and that you’ve selected a value from the drop down list too?

I too tried to fill-up the form but did not see any error. Even the confirm nomination button is also active in the screenshot.
However, the pic highlights many words with red underline. Is that the error?
Then possibly, your default language setting is something else & the browser is flagging that as spelling mistake.

Thanks for the clarification.
It appears that the browser is going into an endless loop & not effecting submit.
Please try clearing the browsing history & cookies. That may solve the problem.
Further, I checked the links at the two buttons.
The cancel button has link https://www.localguidesconnect.com/t5/custom/page/page-id/LocalGuidesNominationForm#
However, the “Confirm nomination” displays a link “javascript:void(0)”
Nevertheless, that may be because I am not inputting any valid data.
But you can test that since you are filling the form with all the details. Before hitting the Confirm button, do a right-click on to that & then select “copy link address”. Paste that in some word processor or notepad. If that displays the same java-script error, the problem would be somewhere else.

Do you think the system maybe blocked me? (I’m a good girl, promise 
). When I paste the link on a browser I can read “about:blank#blocked”
I’m wondering if it would be appropriate if someone who knows me bit more, as @FaridTDF , for instance, could make the nomination if I write here the text for each box on the form.
Sorry, now I have to rush to my 4-hour English sesion (sorry, it doesn’t seem very polite from me).

Hola @SonjaPerera , consulta pudiste verificar como te fue con la sugerencia que indico @C_T , es lo que yo estaba por sugerirte, hasta que lei el historial de respuestas, también lo que indica @PaulPavlinovich en segundo lugar…
Otra sugerencia, y disculpa si es muy de IT jajaja reinicia la PC y cambia de explorador, he intenta realizar nuevamente el proceso de envío de la nominación.
Con respecto a mandar yo la nominación, no tengo problemas, pero pásamelo por msg privado

Lo hice con otros dos navegadores (shhh… ja, ja), pero añun queda alguna opción.
@FaridTDF : mil y dos mil gracias por tu disponibilidad en rellenar mi nominación para una compañera (que te enviaría por mensaje, como indicas).
Voy a explorar primero otras opciones y si ya me estrello contra el sistema, vuelvo a por “la cura”.

Veo que lo has intentado todo… Paul además dice que lo pudo hacer… con lo cual el formulario parece funcionar, hay algo que definitivamente se nos está escapando.

Ya he llegado a mi umbral de “incompetencia” aplicando absolutamente todas las recomendaciones. Creo que tendrá que ver con algún tipo de bloqueo en mi usuario, porque ni con el móvil, ni otros dispositivos, ni otros navegadores, ni borrando cookies… ¡Nada de nada! (como decían en el Madrid de los '80: nasti de plasti)
Así que, llena de gratitud,te tomo la palbra: te he mandado los datos y textos de la nominación de una compañera para que puedas hacerla.
Tengo previsto hacer más nominaciones por la ayuda recibida. Independientemente de quien gane, creo que es imprtante dar visibilidad a la generosidad y cariño que recibimos los recién llegados. Para esas, me esperaré a ver que dice la moderadora que ha etiquetado @AlejandraMaria porque si no os voy a volver locos con mis preguntas

Just for general information please note that the copying of links from buttons it is not valid and a javascript:none URL you are seeing is a totally valid thing on modern web applications. That simply means the form will be submitted in an async javascript call rather with a direct old fashion styled form and there are entirely web applications were you might see that on every single button.
