Help, please! This business is a fraud and does not exist at this location. (El Camacho Restaurante) is located there. What can I do? I have reported it more than 20 times using the (Business Redressal Complaint form) and nothing happens.

The place is claimed by the owners.
The pin has 344 reviews. Many seem legit.
Hence it is not surprising that you are unable to close the place.
There is a corner shop in some photos that seems legit to me.
Have you tried suggesting and edit (this is more likely to work compared to using the redressal form)?
Have you tried reaching out to the owners? Maybe the address is just inaccurate.
If this is not working you should seek help in the Google Business Profile forum.

Hi @esterrugamas , this is extremely interesting
First of all because the place has reviews that are 7 years old, so it is not a brand new fake business.
Second because you are at list the third fake account created only to come here and report an Hispanic agency of attorneys in SoCal.
This is funny, isn’t it?
While I agree that the business [seems to] have fake reviews, on the other side I see a very coordinate action against them.
However you are all addressing the issue on the wrong Community.
If a claimed business is violating the rules, it should be reported on the Google Business Profile help Community, not here
