How to Reply an answer from an owner to one of your opinions?

May be is a silly question, but i cant find the reply method…

Here is the thing:

I posted a comment on some shop… Owner answered asking me for more details…

shall i edit my comment to answer? or how do i do that?

Hello, @Emiliano_n

I believe you are writing about a review in Maps.

You can always edit your review and add the necessary information requested by the owner.

However, contacting the owner through other channels like email or phone will produce positive results.

Currently replying to the owner is not possible on Google Maps. You can go back and edit your review, just like @C_T suggested.

Check out this idea Replying to business Review response which is on the same topic. Keep in mind that it’s closed at the moment but we can always go back and have a closer look at the closed ideas.

Thanks, !! thats what i usually do, go back to the comment and edit it, but i thaught there was an option that i wasnt finding !!

Still, I missed mentioning the availability of one more option to contact the owner where the business is claimed & activated the “messages” feature in Maps.

Then, that becomes the fastest option to communicate.
