how do I change this area,? this area is called kandangan, but on the maps the name is baturan, does anyone know how to change it to Kandangan??

Local Guides can not make such edits. Only Google Maps staff can.
Such data issues are better dealt with in the Maps support forum.
Hit the Community tap at the top and make a post. You need to attach or link to official documentation supporting the change you are proposing. Copyright-free governmental maps are probably the best proof you can attach.
Without good proof you will not be successful. Also, remember to specify which language the issue is related to.
