I have 2 reviews on my new local business which are false, misrepresentations of me, my operation, my honesty, the way I run my business, and that have been looked into and pretty much ignored by the staff “in charge” even though there is ONE in particular that NEEDS to be dealt with as soon as possible… I’ve put A LOT OF WORK into creating, organizing, and maintaining my business, I’ve worked tirelessly for a year and 1/2 to showcase my knowledge, care, experience, and integrity about the tire business, and it hasn’t been easy, by any means.
The Problem: Perpetual, ongoing repeat problem named [REDACTED] who has given nearly EVERY LOCAL BUSINESS he’s dealt with horrible, incorrect, deceptive, sham FAKE 1 STAR REVIEWS in order to get free goods, services, ass-kissing, etc from presumably countless local businesses and companies. Last time I checked, an unprecedented whopping 19 or 20 of his 25 fictitious “reviews” are fairy tale tirades falsely bashing, whining and complaining about non-existent problems he has conjured up, and which damage EVERY ONE of our businesses in some way or another. HE NEEDS TO BE STOPPED NOW! And alas, even with multiple complaint forms of fraud and the like sent, a handful of calls made to the service line, and conversations with whatever staff I’ve spoken to… the engine refuses to accept or acknowledge that this person is now a huge MENACE to our community! I’ve got pictures of this lowlife, we know who he is, where he lives, and locals I’ve spoken to about him ALL HAVE nothing good to say about him. He is well-known to be a large problem locally… WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT HIM??? Short of really getting myself in trouble, further stressing out over his myriad, blatant, recurrent LIES, or jeopardizing my livelihood, business, assets, or reputation! Because we’ve ALL tried, like we all always do, to rectify the situation by bending over backwards, and to no avail. And it’s time to up the ante. I would like suggestions…
Since you mentioned that this is happening at your business and you also tracked the person and is doing the same to other local businesses, you will need to contact Google My Business which is a service for business owners to manage their businesses there, you can also reach out to Google My Business trough your business account, or report using your business account as @MortenCopenhagen mentioned, this way is better than to report as a local guide. You need to have claimed your business on Google Maps for you to use this service.
You will need to provide all the evidence you have, and the Google My Business team will need to investigate to prove this, that will take some time. This platform is for individualsnot businesses. Thank you.

Finally to answer your question, be informed that you are able to flag inappropriate reviews for removal. If you have claimed your business, please follow these steps for desktop:
Multiple listings: In the menu on the left, click Manage reviews. Then, use the drop-down menu to choose a location group. (This feature is not available for organization accounts.)
Reviews for a single listing: Open the one you’d like to manage. In the menu on the left, click Reviews.
On the review you’d like to flag click More, than Flag as inappropriate.

Yes, thank you so much to both of you for repeating the obvious, but that doesn’t really help me or solve anything, does it… just like the repeated “reminder” of whatever purpose this site for “individuals” serves… I did all that before with “g my business” and it was a huge waste of time, sadly… I wasted time on the phone, twice, and nothing is happening and they REFUSE to fix it… unbelievably, they “decided” it somehow DID NOT violate internet “standards” and they were NOT going to remove it, regardless of how aggravating, insane, untruthful, unfair, ignorant and damaging it is. Just like 90% of ALL his others… it’s ridiculous that these useless slugs are allowed to purposely damage an honest business owner’s ratings, reviews, and business sites and nobody seems to care very much… until it happens to them, of course. hindsight’s 20/20, yeah? I’ll take matters into my own hands then, as I’m not a huge supporter of my rights being violated and not being able to rectify things. You guys seem to think it’s neccessary to continue reminding me this is for “individuals not businesses” but don’t you think if that had done any good, I’d not have resorted to posting it here? There’s no need to remind me again. I’m not bothering anyone, and someone out there knows the answer. If it happened to you, you’d know how important it is. I’m not going to delete this question unless I’m somehow “violating internet standards” by keeping it up. If I’m told to remove it by the G-team I will. This is a legit problem, and I want an answer. I’ve been replied to 3 times now about this not being a matter for this area. I’ve already done all that which all 3 of you wrote about. It’s no use there, and that’s why I’m unhappy, and this was worth a try. Well, in hindsight, not at all… in either case, my issue is that if this needs to be removed by me, I will. But I’m new here, and don’t even know how to tag the moderator to find out
How to find out if I need to remove my post here, before it backfires and virtually damages or affects me even more than the 2 “reviewers” I was forced to have to deal with all this over…
How to remove it, if it’s something I’m responsible for, and need to do. If someone like you who’s level 10 could just guide me on this a bit, I’ll not even be coming back here much after that, I’d imagine. I’m at a loss as to how to handle this. Any real help, other than directing me to the g business links and phone #'s that do absolutely nothing to help me, is highly appreciated… I’m not trying to push the bar or go against any “standards” of the net, that was taken care of by those other 2, which are the reason I was ever writing all this in the first place.
