How to read Business Reviews on Google

How-Tos!!, this being my first post i thought its better to use How to as the subject. As you all know Google business is the best place for advertising business and more and more people and guides refers to google business to find out their suitable service or needs. However with stiff competition such things come up. Its my recent visit to a place with some negative comments and more positive comments provoked me to write this post.

  1. Please do not judge the book by its cover similarly please do not judge the levels only by 1 or 2 comments either they be positive or negative

  2. Check the overall ranking based (Stars) based on total comments received, a rating of 5 starts with 2 reviews and a rating of 3.5 stars with 50 reviews cannot be compared. the 3.5 stars would yield more trust and respect than the 5 stars above

  3. If the business is highly reviewed, negative comments cannot be discarded completely, You can call them and check with them on those comments. Like it happened with me recently after a call and checking upon the negative comment and upon checking as a local guide i too concluded that such negative comments can come from competitors, hate due to denial of service etc.

  4. Click on the user profile of the reviewer, it will talk a lot as to depend on that comment or not.
