How to re-verify a local business?

I have a local business and someone else has already claimed its ownership.

I am not able to claim my ownership back.

Is there any way to claim my business back. I tried giving a request to the verified owner, but he is refusing that request. and asking for money to give back ownership of my business.

Is there any way to send a verification letter to the address of that business.

I am facing so many issues regarding this.

Please help…

Referring to several earlier communications, I guess that this is not the right forum to raise any queries related to a business.
You need posting the query on Google My Business.

Sorry if this not the right place to ask this.

But this is not something related to business.

Many are facing this issue. If someone has claimed a local business and asking for a ransom to give it back… what should they do.?

As @C_T said, the right place for reporting your issue is the Google My Business community.
