How to publish 360 photos using Google Maps

As Google Street View app is no more and it says “to create and publish 360 photos switch to google maps” but there isn’t any option for creating and publishing 360 photos. I am curious to learn how to do that using google maps, any one who can help me please ?

Find the pin on Google Maps (business = place of interest) to where your 360 photo is relevant. Then pretend you want to add a photo. Then select your 360 image. The dimensions need to width = 2 x height.

We can no longer upload photospheres outside the pins on Google Maps.
