How to protect creating multiple location on Google Maps Location of Government Organizations?

Government offices or establishments are very important on Google Map. I have had a bad experience recently. I had to go to the Bangladesh High Commission in Malaysia for attesting some essential documents. When I search on Google Map, there are many search results and It confused me. Grab is very popular in Malaysia for car sharing. When I search for bookings, there are so many search results also.

Finally I went to the High Commission. I raise the issue with them and i assist them to verify on Google My Business.

Official Location: Bangladesh High Commission, Kuala Lumpur

They also have another office for Passport service Centre for Bangldesh High Commission.

Right Location: Passport service centre for Bangldesh High Commission but this location showing wrong name.

So i want to know how to protect creation of multiple locations of Govt. offices. Is there option to hold that no other person will not be able to make any changes on Government offices?

I’m happy to confirm that the duplicate locations have been removed. Also, all details of the government buildings on Google Maps have been verified by our team.

As there are current no restrictions or policies regarding the creation of government organizations on Maps, you can suggest that as an idea in the Idea Exchange. Make sure to write your idea clearly, include examples and/or screenshots as possible.
