Hey guys,
im always see people who postet videos on there google accounts. How can i do this? I have thousands of videos to post, because im a youtuber (reisegedanken).
Can you help me?

It’s a simple way, Just as you add photos on a map, you can also add videos in the same way. But you cannot add more than 30 seconds of video to the map.
You can add media like photos and videos for points of interest, like businesses or parks by following these steps.

I found this guide in the past. But there is no way to upload videos. I cant upload via iPhone. If you choose a location, you cant klick on your videos and upload them. Also not via MacBook.
The App is blocked and cant be choosed by my phone. If i delete the video and just klick on Photos, i cant upload them.
Many IOS users have issues with selecting videos when uploading a “photo”.
Keep in mind that videos must be shorter that 30 secs and the video quality after compression is very low, so please don’t think you can or should repost YouTube videos on Maps.

i know. We created hundrets of short movies under 30 and 15 seconds for travelling. Would be great to share them.
Hi @helloroman . I have always used iPhone and i upload videos in the POI´s with no problem just selecting the business listing and then go to the Photos tab, select add Photos button, and the device allows me to select photos or videos in my phone. Anyway you can always upload videos using the desktop version of Google Maps as an alternative. Hoping this helps you, have a nice day!
Just wanted to share my personal experience in uploading video from iPhone for a while I could not upload the video directly from my iPhone to Google Maps then I start manipulating the system by sending the video to my messenger and upload it via my Android phone with no problem mission accomplished 
Moral of the story is there is more than one way to get a project done

I see you’ve had a some good answers @helloroman one extra thing I would suggest, if you cannot upload the video in native format it may simply be too high a resolution for Maps. Try converting it to no more than 1080p and save in mpeg4 format with the H.264 codec.

thx too all of you. I think its a lot of work for a non payed hobby… So maybe google should make it easier to upload short videos or they should delete this badge.
