If u submit all Info accurate it will submitted into meet up Celender as a official Meet up…

I would add one thing to @ShafiulB 's response and that is an official event is one that is organized, hosted and paid for by the Google Local Guides team and a meet-up is an unofficial event that is organized, hosted by Local Guides such as yourself.
