Hi @ajaymedicine . There is no meaning of advantage or disadvantages of any work. Few things are just to do for a cause. By nominating you are putting forward few or more important features of Yourself or some other local guide ( You can nominate yourself also).

Amazed by your question as to the doubt must have arisen after reading the announcement explaining the same.
The narrative explains the process in details & believe you are not expecting a solved example to know that further!
One thing is sure there is not much advantage to the person who creates the nomination.
That’s a benevolent act benefiting the person in your submission.
Possibly the person will never come to know who prepared the nomination & thus do not expect & seize any gratification in return.
Would that be a significant disadvantage?
However, trust, you would not be gaining or losing any points or badges by preparing the nomination & that’s a big advantage (or disadvantage?)
