I hope the LG homepage will further develop towards as the ultimate profile management site for all LG related services.
May I include one suggestion for this feedback channel? Can you accept reports when we failed to keep connected via our various social channels? Such as site is not loading, etc."

Also, I am wondering on your example. Can you elaborate more on “keep failing to connect via our various social media channels”? Can I check if it pertains to Connect?
