Being a local guide to me means connecting people to my community in a way that will ensure they will love their experience just as much as I do. I feel that when I first became a local guide I really had a hard time knowing how to review a location or an experience. As I started reviewing locations I was also asked to answer questions about these locations. Some of these questions included things about wheel chair accessibility and if the places I visited were family friendly locations. As I became more and more familiar with these questions it became important to me to help new customers know what to expect so I began including some of these comments in my reviews such as how kid friendly, wheel chair accessible, or capable of managing a large group these places were. I believe this helped my community members as well as the businesses because it helped more consumers know what to expect. This helped business gain new customers and keep them by helping customers customize their experience. This means that someone may have liked a restaurant if they would have attended it with a coworker or friend, but their experience may have been negative because they brought a young child and the menu was not kid friendly. By being a local guide this helps me to love my community more and help others to see how valuable being a guide can be. Here are some of my favorite locations that you should try if you ever find yourself in Logan!
