I am a bit confused about this post. On one side it looks like you are referring to a campaign promoted by your business (Locate My Library (LML) Campaign). The campaign is indeed interesting, and very well explained also on your Facebook page.
But on the other side, being a business (your website is very self explanatory about the services you provide), you cannot join the Local Guides program. According to the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions - Google Maps Help " organizations, brands, and businesses aren’t eligible for the Program"
For this reason I am asking you to leave the program.
