The new city hall of Fayetteville, GA 30214, including a newly built City Center Park, is not correctly represented on Google Maps. What is represented in the default view is most likely an early site plan, and in the satellite view is the full campus under construction. Neither represent what is currently built.
I have a diagram of the full site as it exists today and have driven the site to verify it accuracy.
What should I do to request a complete review and rework of the campus.

Great question. What is already on the map was probably uploaded by the developer or the municipality. So the best solution for me to see would be to get the Municipality to update Google Maps.
Google Maps has a program enabling local and regional partners to upload their data directly and automatically. Please learn more here: Google Maps Content Providers
Examples include municipalities and public transport providers.
The editing power granted to Local Guides is probably not sufficient to get all the needed edits approved. And hence it could turn out to be a very frustrating experience for you.
If you can not locate the relevant person in the municipality then you could try the Maps support forum. But you need some luck to get it fixed this way.
Hit the Community tap at the top and make a post. You need to attach or link to official documentation supporting the change you are proposing. They will not take your word for it.

Thank you for asking. For a Local Guide it will be hard to do this, as you need to have the roads well visible in Satellite mode, to have approved roads following the steps indicated in: Roads for Everyone - Helping others with the New Road Editor
Fortunately there are other tools, for a public office or an association to partner with Google for uploading an updated map.
