A hotel manager asked me “How does Google ratings and reviews increase patronage to the location”? :round_pushpin: for instance, the Rosetree hotels have a beautiful building and render good hotel services but their patronage is very low, also it’s located inner Street. I’d love to help increase their customer’s invitation how do I go about it?

But from customers’ perspective: Business owners could start giving free stuffs to their customers, like free stay for 1 or 2 night full service, or just simply partnering with Google to provide Perks for Local Guides in your area. That would be fun.
