How to handle complaint or negative question in the review?

I’m a freshie Google Local guide, many of my posts, reviews, and pictures involved with my work in Thai government agency. Several times the questions are way to serious to raise their dissatisfaction or complaints on Google map’s review and I wish they contact the relevant staff directly. It could be nice if more government agencies in Thailand use this channel as another way to assist the client and improve their service and the organization. Just ignore the question and flag for report?

I understand that it’s difficult to understand revies and give them a satisfactory answer!

If someone is not following googles question and answer policy you can report that types of questions!

You can also inform about inappropriate questions or answers! please follow below steps :

  1. Next to the question or answer, tap More More.
  2. Tap Report question or Report answer.

I just wanted to let you know that I have removed the Thai language tag of your post as it’s written in English.
