I am facing an issue here in Pakistan that some of my suggest edits get approved immediately but the one’s not published immediately are now in review status for quite long and there is no update.
Some of the suggest edits need to be approved on urgent basis, for instance i visited AUDI showroom here in Lahore and as per google record absolutely wrong timings were updated and Audi staff was totally unaware of that and a lot of customers are facing issues because of wrong showroom timings as they have launched a new SUV e Tron here in Pakistan so customer’s inflow is much higher these days, Please help to resolve this issue on urgent basis,
@Highspot either suggest business owner to claim the business and then they can manage their business or get the help from other local guides nearby by checking the fact .
@Sanjivbarall@MortenCopenhagen dear that’s the main issue if they claim the business then issue is resolved but the problem is that I tried to communicate to them how to claim the business but the staff at showroom doesn’t have any idea/access to perform any such activity and they are not even concerned that customers are getting back because of wrong timings. Pls suggest how to get it done from Google on priority. I shall be grateful
@Highspot than you should communicate with nearby local guide so they can check the facts which will help google map team to verify it fast or you can send pictures in where timing of the showroom is mentioned .
If the staff does not care - maybe you don’t need to care.
You can try following @Sanjivbarall great suggestion to team up with other local guides with a high trust score.
Asking others to fix something is not how Connect works. After hanging around for a long time I have never seen examples of Google Moderators fixing something on Google Maps that we could not have fixed ourselves. So the kind of help you can expect to get here is help on how to fix things not getting others to fix it for you. Sorry about that.
Other tricks that might prove helpful for you is to break down your edits into individual edits rather than doing more edits in one go. Then approvable edits get approved and you have less to worry about and you learn better which edits are easy for you to get approved.
Also, opening hours might be easier to get approved if you use the “read this photo” function.
Fingers crossed that you will get the edits approved quickly.

@MortenCopenhagen dear I don’t agree that if staff doesn’t care we as a local guide should also not care… Being a local guide doesn’t let you do that anymore because it’s quite irritating to see such things happening around and you just can’t help it… I will definitely try my level best … Anyways thanks for the advice
