Your suggestion is welcome. However, that would fit more appropriately in the local stories section. Usually, LGs visit the How-tos section sparingly, unless there is some problem.
Nevertheless, your suggestion would be more useful if you share your own experience in the local stories section.
And, it would be further beneficial if you arrange a meet-up of interested LGs and inspire them for the noble cause.

You may also search for posts related to an area you are interested in - You can now follow posts about your favorite locations on Connect.
Please note that I’m also going to remove the Russian language label from your post because you didn’t write in the Russian language. Please take a look at the How do I find posts in my preferred language? article, where you can find how to use language labels and search for posts in your preferred language.
