How to get Special Edition Perk reward which is never delivered to us?

Hello Local Guide

It is about my 1st Special Edition Perk reward :innocent: (unlocked a free pair of local guide socks) email dated was on 09 Nov 2018,

and it was redeemed successfully with confirmed shipped email dated was on 08 Dec 2018. :sunglasses:

I have also received a mail about reward at 14 october 2021 but it doesn’t arrived till now.

same shit happened to me…and this so shameful and unexpeted thing from google. Its irritating its not only me or us there are many people who worked on google maps and doesn’t get a single perk by team local guides…shameful thing !!
