Inspite of having 4000+ contributions 9000+ points level 7th on Google maps. I have no received any rewards for my contributions. So, now when will I become eligible for a reward. I have heard that after reaching level 7 Google sends a mail to redeem the rewards but I am not getting why ???

If you expect rewards for your efforts then Local Guides isn’t the best place for you. We are all volunteers. We do what we do to help Maps Users and the community. If you get a reward then it’s a bonus, not a right.
There is no pattern, and there’s no fairness in who gets rewards. It is just a marketing gimmick.
My motivation is the joy of knowing that I’m helping a lot of people and businesses. Also, making new friends here on Connect can be considered a great peek. I find it very rewarding being a Local Guide.
Hang in there, keep up the good work, and maybe one day it’ll be your turn.

And finally, make sure Rewards is selected in your email settings found here. And update the location to show your current location.

today I received an email that I have unlocked the soecial reward. But when I try to reseem it,It shows that there is a problem with my code.
@jatingulati1264 I did not know Google used to send rewards, and I found that out when I was already Level 7. Let me tell you that I did not receive anything either. I know it is kinda disappointing when you know such rewards exist and some people receive them, but hey! maybe one will be our chance to get something. In the meantime, I continue doing what I used to do before knowing the reward: contributing.
