I’m trying to get the “New Contributor” badge, but I can’t get any points in the Answers section. Despite the fact that my overall statistics already includes many answers (I’ve answered almost 84 questions). Are they not taken into account for this badge? Tell me why? And what kind of answers do you need? (give an example, please)

As far as my experience, the callculation is not in real life, it needs some days to updated.
Meanwhile Keep on contributing on Google Maps and here on Local Guides Connect.

I only got the New contributor badge after some of my contribution were taken down for some days. So a lot of experienced contributors don’t have have it because it is only given to Local Guides with low numbers of contributions. And it was created only relatively recently.
Don’t worry about it.

I wonder what the problem is? The requirement are so low that all local guides can easily get it !!! I had mine a good while ago so…
- 2 photos to show what it’s like to visit
- Write 2 reviews to share your experiences
- Answer 2 questions to help update places.
