How to get map notification again?

Hello Map Moderators,

I’m using two Gmail Id. one is for my personal (gmail1) and another is for my business (gmail2).

My problem is:

I open & contributing to the map as a local guide by my (gmail1). This email is Logged on my phone.

One day for an emergency I sign in my second email id (gmail2) on this phone. and also open google map without logging out the personal email ID (gmail1).

from now I’m getting all of my maps notifications in the second ID (gmail2). I logged out of both emails from my phone and logged in with my personal ID (gmail1). Still, I’m not getting any notification on my gmail1. All goes to gmail2.

How can I get back to my all notification on my personal email (gmail1)?

Note: I still use my gmail1 for the map and local guides connect.

Hello @Mehedi_mht

Logging into another email id in Gmail will not create that kind of problem.

Possibly you switched the account in Maps also and have not realised that.

Click on your profile icon in the Maps app and verify that.

You can switch back to your LG profile in just one tap and then the notifications will revert to that intended one.

It appears you have set up the second profile at the phone level.

Now Android Ten allows multiple profiles on the phone.

Again here swipe down the notification panel and click on the profile icon on the left of the gear symbol. Switch back to your original profile and check once again.
