From time to time perks are made available and these vary from region to region and depending on availability they are allocated to a limited number of Local Guides based mainly on their contributions. There may also be special and/or early access to Google features.

I also recommend that you make sure that you have rewards emails enabled in your Local Guides email settings and update/monitor your Gmail preferences as well as your Spam or Promotions folder! Also, to maximize your chances of being eligible for a future perk opportunity, keep Guiding and continue to add high-quality contributions to Google Maps.

Google Drive extra capacity offer is not valid anymore.
Just Keep on contributing on Google Maps and here on Local Guides Connect.
You will get more valuable perks in the future.
