Hello, Connectors and Mods!

I got an email saying I had a new perk to redeem. I got excited as this was my first perk but when I clicked the redeem button and copied and pasted the code, the following error shows up: (also see image)

Sorry, it appears there is an issue with your email or code. We recommend copying the redemption code directly from your perk email.

I tried manually typing. Used the

same case, without spaces, tried it on my phone as well as a computer but no luck

I would love to redeem it but I don’t know how to fix this. My code expires soon

Nevertheless, I faced that identical problem when I tried to redeem a similar offer earlier.

Then I copied the link & opened that in an incognito window of the browser. Finally, that worked, at least for me.

Have you tried to copy the code directly from the perk email and past it on the browser’s URL bar?

You can also try in an incognito window, as @C_T suggested and let us know if that worked, otherwise we’ll be happy to further assist you. :slightly_smiling_face:
