I am Asem, I live in Jordan, we have many problems related to roads, whether there is an incorrect road or there are unreal roads,
I am having difficulty adding the necessary modifications, such as rejecting and delaying these modifications.
I’m a level 9 local guide

I have seen your post for a while but I was trying to make the necessary inquiries to get my facts correct. I also did some small practical work so that I can confidently answer your question.
I didn’t see any problem wrong with adding/drawing roads in Jordan. Infact I added some roads a moment ago in the capital city Amman. Perhaps there are delays in the approval or even rejections of legitimate edits,that is normal in every geographical region on Google maps. After all in the new outlook of lists of edits Google did admit that they can make mistakes which is fair enough. Good edits can also be rejected by mistake.
Therefore please keep trying and hopefully you’ll get a good result sometime. Don’t give it up. Mind you it’s possible to add roads in other regions of the world on the maps. For example in Africa here,Nigeria,Ghana etc. There are roads to be added in South America as well E.g Brazil.
My only observation is that I didn’t get the E-mails to say thank you for reporting a road network problem. Nevertheless it’s on my list of pending road edits.
Let’s see if the approval/rejection will come through just for the trial sake. For process of adding roads on a Desktop I wrote a

Your case is quite different from that of @asemmahfood . I tried to do some under ground work and practicals before replying to your post. I did have a look on the map of Iraq . There possibly are restrictions on adding roads in your country. I tried adding roads in Baghdad the capital City of Iran but it wasn’t possible
There is really nothing much a local guide like you and me can do to change that on a local guide level just. Please compare the screenshot of Baghdad and Amman as regards edits. For Amman you can see add or fix a road while for Baghdad it’s not available.
Meanwhile I’ll like to let you know that you can add roads in other parts of the world just to help improve the maps even though it’s not possible to help yours. The country I’m currently in here Liberia os restricted as well when it comes to roads,but I’m adding in other parts of the maps. E.g Brazil,India, Morrocco etc. If you like to see my post on adding roads on desktop please click here..
