How To Correct Displayed City Name in Location?

The census designated place named Rossmoor appears correctly on Google Maps and even in the location list below. However, when addresses for either homes or businesses are shown, the address comes up incorrectly as Los Alamitos rather than Rossmoor. I am pretty sure this is because Rossmoor shares a Zip Code with Los Alamitos. And the address is “valid” for postal delivery. However, Rossmoor is NOT part of Los Alamitos. I can go into detail if necessary, but it seems like an easy fix since Google Maps have the correct Rossmoor area geo-coded.

Such data issues are better dealt with in the Maps support forum.

Hit the Community tab at the top and make a post. You need to attach or link to official documentation supporting the change you are proposing.

Without such official documentation you will not be successful.
