how to contact Google operators

Hi, I would like to know how to contact the team that operates Google maps in Israel.
I would be happy to talk to them in order to contribute to the app in israel

Hi @Shaykmp

The Google Maps app is designed so that all users can suggest improvements to the Maps data via Suggest an edit.

If you want to suggest improvements to how the app works you can do so in the Idea Exchange here on Connect.

I don’t think any of the many very active local guides you can meet here on Connect have direct interaction with Google staff nationally. Google might not have Maps staff in Israel.

So feel free to contribute as you please on improving the data quality and functionality as described above. Also, feel free to ask more questions here on Connect. Most often others have asked similar questions before. So it is always great to do a search first.

I hope this helps even though you wanted something different.

Cheers

Morten

Hello @Shaykmp

From the narrative of your post, it appears you wish to contribute to the development of Maps app as well as the content.

For the app, you can send feedback through the play store.

Alternatively, you can suggest improvements through the Idea exchange here on Connect.

For having updated information in Maps the following are the options

Send feedback through the app.

Describe your problem in the Maps support forum.

The link is:

https://support.google.com/maps

Additionally, you can mention that here on Connect in the Howtos section.

Hello @Shaykmp ,

Welcome to Connect!

You can follow the tips that fellow Local Guides shared with you.

In addition to that, I am marking @MortenCopenhagen 's reply as a solution, so other Local Guides can refer to it. The purpose of this feature is to help Local Guides find answers when searching on the Connect. Please take a look at How do I mark comments as solutions? article.

By the way, I’ve noticed that your post has a Hebrew language label. Please note that I’ve removed it as your post is written in English.

To learn more about those labels I recommend you to take a look at the following article How do I find posts in my preferred language?.

Hello @MortenCopenhagen As an active member of the Google Local Guide community, I have been exploring various ways to enhance my contributions and provide more immersive experiences for fellow users. In line with this, I wanted to inquire about the possibility of connecting with someone from the Google staff to request the opportunity to try out a 360-degree camera.
This would greatly enhance my contributions by allowing me to capture immersive panoramic views of local places. I understand that this request may be unusual, but I believe it would greatly benefit the community.

Thank you for your attention, and I appreciate any support or advice you can provide.

Hi @maruti_gole

Thanks for asking.

Google once had a service where users could borrow a 360 camera for a short period. But this is no longer possible.

There are a lot of volunteers who post 360 images on Google Maps but they have paid for their equipment by themselves.

So I don’t think your wish is likely to be fulfilled. Sorry.

All the best

Morten
