How to contact Google about Local Guides Rewards

I received a Local Guide Reward of a 15% discount at the Google Store. Was going to order a Pixel 7 Pro since it’s on sale for $699. 15% discount doesn’t work with sale price so the actual price of the phone is $764.15. Talked to Jose from Google Store help line but he couldn’t assist.

I removed all the items from my cart and restarted Chrome, but the 15% discount remains. So now even if I want to buy the phone at the sale price I can’t.

If anyone has a way to contact the Local Guides help center I would appreciate it.

@hojoloco This happened to me as well so I know exactly how to remove the discount code.

Go to the last step of the order process, until you see ‘Confirm purchase’ button (but don’t press it!)

Below the promo code box, you’ll see the tag for 15% off for Local Guides. Click the X to delete the code. This should remove the Local Guides code and you can take advantage of the current discount.
