I would like to get below as address

How to I get or change url name in google business site. Please help me.

Specifically for your question. You must be the owner or manager of that particular site in Google My Business. If you are, then do the below
Google My Business Login (app or web) > Select Your Location > Website > Select More > Update Your Site Address
