There is a place of Google Maps on my city called Farmácia São Luiz. But this place is located in real world on another city. I already made a lot of feedback´s changing the address and the marker to the correct. Marking as Permanently closed, Spam, Fake, anyway. I tried by many ways and nothing is accepted by google.

As far as I can see, the place is claimed (the claim button is not visible) on Google my business, and the only photo has been added by a Local Guide with the same name of the business.
You can contact the My-business community, or contact the owner (if you know the place) showing the mistake, and how it will be difficult for their customer to find them
