Few weeks ago, several countries around the globe have announced a lockdown. Below you can find two tips to enhance your Local Guide level on Google Maps during the lockdown:
1) Check Your History
On Google Maps in case you have your location on, the application suggests places that you’ve been into but forgot to review for any reason. During the lockdown, you can go to these places and review them in order to get more points.
2) Check Facts/Edits
A lot of places need to get fact checked on Google Maps in order to enhance to make the application more credible. You can use your spare time to check if there’s any place that has a missing website/phone number for instance, and add it. Every approved fact check will add one point to your overall Local Guide points.
If you have further tips you would like to share with us, please leave it in the comments section below.
While most edits are put on hold these days, the edits used to remove places do still get accepted. So all the strategies related to “permanently close” places are still possible to make and get approved immediately.
If you are hungry for points, there are lots you can do in the #LGCTM-project.
