Thanks for asking your question here on connect.
When you tap/touch any of the badges you could see your current badge status. Just right side of that you could see an “i” icon. If you tap that you could see the specific conditions of that badge. Example: for being “Master Reviewer” you need to write at least 100 reviews and at least 50 reviews with more than 200 characters and 50 likes on your reviews.

There is only one answer, @Patel121 : contributing on an appropriate way, following the Community policy
Every badge is given when you reach a target (e.g. the Photographer Master require 1000 photos or at least 100 different places with 1 million views).
As the aim of a Local Guides is to help, you will be slowly increase your results, and you will get all the badges for sure.
Please remember that this is not a competition, but a simple feedback of our contributions. I have seen several Local Guides that, trying to get the badge faster, have uploaded a lot of unnecessary photos (and after a few month started to ask why their points was reduced).
