I’m always deep in the villages where Google does not see… How do I put a pin in such a scenario?
Sometimes I’m in a place and I want to tag or pin the place but there’s no internet access can it be done manually?

Hi @Mathukus
Adding a village is not something a Local Guide can do
Towns, roads and squares are elements of the Map Layer. Local Guides cannot edit that layer. Only Google Maps team can.
What we can do, for helping the team, is to report an error on Google Maps, through the “send a feedback” that you will find scrolling down your menu on Google Maps. For more details you can read: Report an error on the map
In addition, you can report the Issue in the Google Maps Help Community, by adding a link to the “Official” cartography, where the village is shown.
Regarding your second answer, you can add a place in Maps later, when you have internet connection. It is not necessary to make the edit when you are in the place
Normally in Connect we ask for help using the How Tos label. You can change the label by yourself, by editing your post. Press the three blue dots on your post then click on “edit”. Edit your post - Why and How To will help you with the procedure
Hello @Mathukus ,
Welcome to Connect!
Thank you for reaching out!
Please have a look at what @ErmesT replied to you. Furthermore, I am going to accept his answer as a solution to your query.
Since you are new on Connect, I suggest you go through the following articles: Your guide to Connect and 14 helpful tips for using Connect. Furthermore, don’t forget to introduce yourself in the Introduce Yourself - July 2021 thread.
I am going to move your post to the How-tos section, the place where Local Guides ask questions related to Connect and Google Maps.
