Hello, i am noticing that everyone is using videos in google reviews or in connect. So how to add videos.? And also when i tried to give link,it did not accepted.why? @AliMar

Welcome to Local Guides Connect.
If you are asking about adding Videos on connect, so you can Add a video in your post very simple if you can use Desktop Computer, or if you are using android phone to add video , switch the page of Connect to Desktop mode.
In Desktop you can see an icon for adding videos.
Just click on it than , it will ask you for URL
Copy URL from YouTube and insert link in Video URL box 
Than press the preview and than finally Insert Video .
The video is ready for you on your connect post. But always share your own content, which you uploaded on YouTube.

On Google maps, you can share 30 seconds video and procedure is very easy.
Just click the icon of photos on Google maps, than search your video in your gallery, now you have to just upload it on Google maps.

Here on Connect you need to use a desktop computer. You can also use a Mobile device and Request Desktop version, but really the screen is too small. So a real desktop is better.
On Google Maps you can add videos to a pin just like you add images. If you upload a video to Google Maps and it is longer than 30 seconds only the first 30 seconds will be saved and shown.

The official Local Guides Youtube channel do not host our applications. even if they made Recaps of the official events, or a presentation of the Local Guides who attended, like the video that I am sharing here below. You need to be invited, first of all, to be part of a video like that one

Merhaba, @KashifMisidia belirttiğin yöntem ile şuan youtube videoları eklenemiyor. hata veriyor. Genel bir sorun var sanırım. Yerel Rehber Ağı içeriklerinde eklenmiş videolarda da “[video]” yazıyor. videolar görüntülenmiyor.

Hi @ufukkr , there is not any other method to add videos in Local Guide Connect’s post. You can try again, and try it with any other browser or by any desktop. Or you can use switch to desktop site mode in your mobile phone to try it.

I read your post because Google Maps hasn’t given me the option to add videos for almost two years, only photos. Do you take video and load it on-site or do I need to load it in the desktop version?
